RETURNED MERCHANDISE: No merchandise will be accepted for return unless authorization to return has been given. A handling and restocking charge not to exceed 15% will be made.
SHORTAGES: All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT: All claims for damages must be made immediately to carrier. No allowance will be made by us for such claims. If shipment arrives in damaged condition, please make a note of this on freight bill before receiving shipment. If damage is concealed, call carrier immediately for inspection. The carrier will not honor any claims unless you do this immediately.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders will not be accepted for exchange or return.
